Shipping Rates

Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Express delivery is available at checkout for select pin codes at an additional charge of ₹99.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking link. You can also follow your order any time on our Track Order page. If you have not received a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote or restricted pin codes may take an additional 2–3 business days. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability and estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
