Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from dispatch. Express delivery (₹99, select pin codes) takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

Yes. Orders above ₹499 ship free anywhere in India. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched we send an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email or phone.

Not yet. We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India only.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and have all tags attached. Sale items and innerwear cannot be returned.

Open My Orders, choose the order and select Return or exchange. We arrange a free doorstep pickup and reply within 1 business day.

We process your refund within 2 business days of inspecting the returned item. It reaches your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Yes, size exchanges are free within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable we refund you in full.

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner, plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.

Yes. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. You will see whether COD is available for your order at checkout.

We work hard to show colours accurately, but every screen displays colour a little differently, so the shade you receive may vary slightly.

Follow the care label on each garment. Most of our cottons last longest with a cold, gentle wash with similar colours and drying in the shade.
